Digital Delivery Policy

djgraphix products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically unless a specific product page explicitly says otherwise.

Delivery

After payment is verified, access information is sent electronically to the email entered at checkout. Delivery may be a protected download or an access link appropriate to the product.

Access issues

If an expected email or file does not arrive, contact the studio with the order details. Access links should not be shared or published.
